The excuse for the summer of "ethnic parades" that normal people shun like poison?

You read it in the header above.

The Puerto Ricans, The West Indians, the Dominicans, the White Trash Whatevers...it's just "ONE DAY" to celebrate their "PRIDE."

So they march around bombed out of their minds. If they don't actually go "wilding" during the parade (as the Puerto Ricans famously did, all through Central Park)they brawl, puke, shoot guns and get loaded afterward and all night long.

As usual, nobody can really protest without seeming racist.

This year, before the West Indian looneys marched, there was gunfire and a pal of the governor got shot in the head. Oh well.

Bill De Spazio's trained chimp, Police Chief Bratton, excuses it all and marches along with the rowdies.

That's the way it is.

Bad behavior is excused on New Year's Eve, on Halloween, on any day of an ethnic parade, and pretty much ANY day of the year in any neighborhood loaded up with half-civilized monsters.

It comes down to "they have their customs, and we should respect them."

Who thought the 21st Century would be so backward and ape-like?
