The unfortunate truth about doctors, is that they not only can't be trusted to give you the right diagnosis and medication, they aren't that concerned with your dignity.

The creepy truth is that when you're under, you can be mocked at the dentist. At the plastic surgeon. At any clinic probing down your throat or up your ass.

If the abuse is physical, that's a reason to sue. If (the Joan Rivers case comes to mind) somebody's taking selfies because it's a celebrity, that's probably a lawsuit, too, most especially if the photos end up leaked. I just don't see how this Nazi got a cash settlement over trash-talking his ass, except that insurance companies often settle, for fear of losing millions thanks to a stupid judge or jury.
