They are so Nazi-like they won't even let sellers give negatives to sellers or avoid sellers who have given more than a few negatives. Bidders? Bidders are fucked over by eBay's refusal to suspend bootleggers and creeps who routinely make shitty dupe photos or sell forgeries or other disgusting shit.
Most every bidder who hasn't sold, got this invitation. Yum yum. Get $50 (not in cash, in eBay merchandise) to start making money for THEM.
