It's the unauthorized, unlicensed use of his lyrics so a bunch of mouth-breathing parasites can make money off banner ads.
Step right up to the Internet, where copyright is copy wrong. But the joke is on Phil's memory, because steal-mills like this don't have much time or interest in getting it right. "My Life" is credited to WHO? Not to Phil Ochs who actually wrote it?
These sites usually get words wrong, names wrong...the important thing is how many page hits it gets. And if there's a link for "help us make corrections, so we can make more money."
