Sympathy for Robin Williams' Widow? Of course not

Here's a piece on the widow of Robin Williams. As you might know, Robin killed himself because he couldn't deal with the depression, the Parkinson's, and most of all the Lewy Body Dementia that was destroying his life.

We are seeing a lot of new diseases in the world, and a lot more perplexing ones that attack the immune system and the brain. What's causing all this spread of cancers and illnesses that destroy the body's ability to move or think?

None of this interests the trolls, who scan an article for a second and then joyously write up something nasty.

What would "normal people" not afflicted with Lewy Body, Parkinson's or depression write after reading that?

This blog is loaded with tough, even insulting remarks, but they're aimed at well-deserved targets. Assange? Kardashians? Jenners? They are alive and well. Insulting the widow of a suicide? That's not being a "realist" it's being a troll.

What kind of old fish wife, inane gossipist, low-life unfeeling scum, scans a news site every day to write such nasty "comments?"

Some asshole thinks Mrs. Williams is a bad woman because her step-kids came running to grab everything in the house? That's just typical family problems everyone has before, during or after a death.

She's supposed to sleep in the same room when she has the luxury of NOT doing that? What's the big joy of sleeping with someone who kicks around, tosses and turns, gets up moaning with sadness, or maybe just plain snores? Robin may have even said, "Leave me ALONE, that's why we have a big house with our own bedrooms."

She said in the article nothing was helping Robin, and that would've included having her or a nurse or a guard staying up all night watching him.

Imagine if Robin could not have made his decision because of a nagging, intrusive wife shouting, "Hold on, there's bound to be a cure. I'm gonna follow you around to make sure you don't harm yourself." There's still no cure. Robin had suffered enough. It was his choice.

You wonder if some trolls are mean and unfeeling because they are scared and vulnerable. Nah. I think they do this because they're just rotten. They are jealous, stupid, petty, and NEVER going to do what they should: OFF themselves.
