"Elton, Let's Buy It!" "No, no, the seller is Juicy GIRL"

The wonderful world of eBay.

They admit that lately, "it takes up to 72 hours to take action on a reported auction." They caution, if you report it more than once, the complaint will be tossed further down the queue.

More good news for sellers of filth: "...there are millions of auctions on our site every day, so sometimes we don't get around to stopping a reported auction AT ALL."

They technically don't HAVE to stop anything except DMCA's submitted by rights owners. Even then, there's no rule saying how fast they must act. There's no rule saying a seller can't re-list, and no rule about how many reports mean an automatic suspension.

Something THIS blatant is ignored??
