How STOOOOOOPID can you get?
This isn't "he said, he said," the evidence is, uncut, unedited, very obvious! Kanye unleashed an unprovoked and UNLAWFUL ATTACK.
We see on this minute of video, a few Pap Smears taking pictures as Kanye leaves an airport.
They are keeping a respectful distance while he struts towards the exit looking "tough." Our camcorder guy can be heard asking, "Kanye, why can't we talk to you?" He asks a second time, and adds, "You're cool..." Like, come on, man, give us a quote. He asks some innocuous question like "How are things going..."
Kanye actually turns and starts to confront the camcorder guy, scowling about how "You're trying to get me in trouble." The camcorder guy is backing up, backing away, placating The Great Kanye. Kanye lunges at the photographer and you see a swirl and whirl as the camera starts bouncing around...the photographer getting bounced, too.
Normally I'm on the side of the star. I know the Pap Smears. I was part of that mob very briefly. I quit because it was so humiliating (for everyone) and so ridiculous (so many of us getting pretty much the same shot that nobody would want to buy). I have sympathy for stars being goaded and harassed, but in this case, Kanye was being treated with respect and courtesy.
We'll see what a judge thinks. Hopefully, with great respect and courtesy, he'll find Kanye guilty. He could get a year, but the way California courts are, he'd probably get 30 days, marked down to 5. But at least that would keep this media pimp out of the spotlight for a little while.
PS to TMZ and Harvey Levin, what exactly is newsworthy about Kanye's lawyer being Jewish?
