Case in point...trying to get the fucking cable to work. I quote from a angry customer:
"I went to Time Warner's shitty office. I waited two hours. I finally got a box which I installed. Only instead of TV channels, I got pixilated garbage and the sound was like a handful of angry bees. A few hours later: nothing.
I called up Time Warner and got a recorded message that there was an OUTAGE in my area. In other words, fuck off and see if you're getting TV in the morning.
Next morning, I was getting...ONE channel. Only one. I called in. Some monkey moron put me through idiot exercises like "Take the plug out of the cable box and put it back again." And "turn from Channel 3 to Channel 4." Then she said that the other channels would probably come back one by one, as the OUTAGE was being fixed.
That evening, still only one channel. I called and got a different tech monkey. This one admitted there was a problem, probably related to needing to "boost the signal" so all the channels would come in, and she'd send a person out.
My appointment was scheduled for between 2 and 4pm. Great. Had the Nazi Fascist CUNTS of Time Warner really changed their ways? It used to be: "we'll have someone there between 12pm and 6pm." Now they were not making customers hang around all day? What humanity!
The night before the appointment, I got an automated call from Time Warner. Huh? "We are confirming your appointment for between 2pm and 4pm tomorrow. If your problem has been solved press two. If you can't make the appointment for some other reason press three." I didn't press either. The voice continued, "We will call you again tomorrow to confirm. Thank you."
WHAT? Call AGAIN? WHEN? Tell me, you CUNT, when should I expect your fucking call? 7am? 8am? 9am? Now it turns out I can't leave the fucking house because I might miss the call? What if my answering machine is on? If it picks up, and it doesn't press two or three, will the technician come?"
I had an anxious night, waking up again and again, and having such a tension headache I needed to take an aspirin. No call came. I had an appointment at 11:30 I could not miss. I got back around 1pm. No message from Time Warner.
Around 2pm, I was in the other room, and I heard the phone ring. I saw by Caller ID it was Time Warner, and as I picked up the phone...Time Warner hung up. It seems their automatic phone CUNT is programmed to ring 3 or 4 times then shut off! They don't know that most people have a phone machine that won't pick up till four rings? That some people DON'T have caller ID and screen calls, picking up after they hear a voice?
I called back the CUNTS at Time Warner and explained that I just picked up the phone and missed the call. Was I still on for the appointment?
"No," said the CUNT I was speaking to. "Was I first on the list? Can you call up the truck? If the repair person has moved on to the next person can he double back to ME? I'll be here ALL THE REST OF THE DAY."
"I'll see if can do a call back," said the CUNT, "and you'll get a call about it. The operators don't work past 7pm." I said that was fine, I'd be here ALL THE REST OF THE DAY."
Guess what DID NOT HAPPEN."
There you are. This person has paid for cable TV and it's been four days of NOTHING. And now it's the weekend. NEXT Monday he'll call up and go back on the merry-go-round with these CUNTS?
TIME WARNER is CUNTY! These cunts expect you to play by their rules, deal with their incompetent system, and SUFFER. This monopoly of dunces is actually worse than ever! It used to be that you'd have to wait all morning, or all afternoon, not knowing when the guy would show up. NOW, you have to wait around 24 hours and not use your phone, not take a shower or a shit, and be ready to answer an AUTOMATED PHONE MESSAGE CUNT so that your appointment won't be scuttled.
It makes you support Internet piracy and illegal streaming.
