If making your eyes bug out is a sign of being crazy, they would've locked up Kate Bush and Marty Feldman. Again: who the fuck cares about sane or insane in a case like this? There are so many definitions of sanity that it's insane.
So, is it SANE to tell somebody they are going to spend the rest of their lives in a square room with bars and a tiny window? Is it SANE to tell someone "Oh, in about six months, but more if there's an appeal, but probably six months, you can look forward to getting a lethal injection"??
Let's just fucking stop the "insanity or not" bullshit. It doesn't matter in a case like this. This piece of shit does NOT belong on the planet. Let the so-called "crazies" of the world know that once in a while, a murderer is actually killed, not coddled.
Colorado justice...strip this bastard, douse him in molasses and leave him off 200 miles from nowhere in an area known for bears. Make it a fucking reality show and monitor him via closed circuit TV cameras. See how long it takes him to freeze to death, improvise a way of committing suicide, or get eaten by bears.
