And, ha ha ho ho hee hee, what a LOVABLE joke, Art's apartment damaged by a "troubled water" pipe. Or was it that the firemen used "troubled water" to put out the fire? There have been several different stories in the media about what happened, but only the Daily News printed the man's actual address.
You'll note Central Park in the distance. Yes, an irony here, is that the #79 bus, which is a very popular express stop easy to get to, will take you directly across to its next stop: Central Park West, only a short walk to The Dakota.
Former Mayor Mike Bloomberg lives just a few doors away from Garfunkel. He's got a 24 hour police guard in front of his townhouse. Good for him.
