This is an outfit that pays $100,000 and MORE to just about any nerd willing to go live in a cubby hole and get involved in "analytics." Creativity? All they know is to steal everybody's copyrighted material and pay NOTHING for it. But some nerd who knows "analytics" gets paid.
So, for April Fool's Day, they conned people into accepting some fucking APP or other, that would attach a cartoon minion to the e-mail, dropping a microphone. CLUNK.
The latest thing (among out of touch assholes like Google) is to mime dropping a microphone, as a sign of ending a conversation. At this point, the only person who actually DOES this, is "Riblet," a parody of an un-hip fat moron, on "Saturday Night Live." He talks in ghetto-speak, and then CLUNK, drops a microphone he happens to carry with him.
You know what will NEVER happen? GOOGLE will NEVER pay something $100,000 or even $30,000 to be a "creative consultant" and come up with truly interesting Google "Doodles" or creative April Fool's jokes. They will NEVER hire anyone to pick up a phone and listen to a complaint. They will NEVER hire someone to create an easy to find "suggestion box" for ideas, or a simple way to report some egregious abuse at GOOTUBE or blogspot. They will NEVER do anything that isn't cold and nasty, because all they hire are cold, nasty, humorless, vicious, selfish Fascist bastards.
MICROPHONE DROP. PLOP.
