So there.
Here's a picture of a 5 foot tall Japanese woman who is NOT AFRAID.
Come see her in concert in Syria. Don't see her at the next parole hearing for Chapman. Watch her jaywalk across Broadway on her way to the Dakota. Watch her eat the yogurt in the fridge that is past its expiration date. See if she gives a shit about CD reviews posted by anyone on Jupiter. Most of all, she ain't worried about a cover version of one of her songs from Saskia Basket-Case or Shauna Cuntwell.
OH.
WAIT.
You're supposed to go to the WEBSITE. NO, not the dot com, which is for sale. To "wearenotafraid" NET.
"WE ARE NOT AFRAID to stand against the countless acts of violence, hate, discrimination, and abuse witnessed globally."
Ah. Artists are NOT AFRAID. That's good to know. They will continue to appear in nightclubs despite the possibility of a bombing or a machine-gun attack. Well, that's very brave of them. Considering they have no other option except NOT to work.
Never mind that Madonna and many others canceled their concerts after the attack in Paris, and that many artists are secretly turning down gigs where they think there might be trouble. Do you suppose some are making sure to hire some Muzzies so that they will seem Islam-friendly? How many artists are making sure NOT to say ANYTHING controversial about ANYONE ANYMORE?
Gone are the 60's and 70's when John Lennon and Phil Ochs and Lenny Bruce and Allen Ginsberg and all the others openly raged about the government, about sex, about anything and everything. This was before "politically correct" became a way of life and not just a moronic term. This was before ISIS. This was before Trump.
You can't say anything about Mohammed, or Gays or Women or Fatties.
BUT... speaking out against Jews? That's STILL good. In fact in this time of MUSLIN TERRORISM, it's a great idea. Think ISIS will send anyone to a Roger Waters concert? HE IS NOT AFRAID!!!
