When I first saw the headline, which was THE FRONT PAGE #1 ITEM on the Daily Snooze website today, I thought, "Oh, it's some black reporter. Some journalist version of pebble-headed sullen Spike Lee." There's a black editorialist (name escapes me, like a runaway slave) who ALWAYS slants everything to the point where even Kanye West would cry out, "Nigga, PLEASE!"

So who wrote this dopey piece that has to push BLACK LIVES MATTER into the picture? NOT a black writer? No. It's...

You remember him. The guy who mocked Glenn Frey's death because he thinks Steely Dan's wimpy jazz rock is so much more cutting edge than The Eagles. (Randy Newman disagrees, among many others).

Now he's playing the race card. I wouldn't be surprised if he was told, "Look, we need aging Jewish reporters as much as CBS needed Warner Wolf. To stay on board, be a provocateur AND write with DIVERSITY." In other words, don't bother with a piece about an Orthodox Jew sucker-punched by a Black in Brooklyn. Instead, somehow use a settlement of an invasion of privacy case to kvetch over injustice to Blacks.

Andrews got (for the moment anyway) over $50 million? That's what lawyers do. Why blame her? Lawyers go for the highest amount they can get, and usually start outrageously high so they can settle out of court.

No, I can't say I was that sympathetic to this bitch's tears. I've seen women come to court with real physical damage and trauma and put on less of a show. But I don't doubt her mournful sob of "Daddy, I'm naked on the Internet," and the emotional misery she felt.

How many millions is 4 minutes of blurry, not very erotic Peeping Tom footage worth?

Does Erin Andrews have a criminal record? If she's told to stop trespassing, or to come along quietly because she's doing something illegal, would she start fighting?

In almost all the high-profile cases of blacks being killed, they instigated it by mouthing off, pulling a weapon or pretending to have one, or literally resisting arrest.

Compare that to Christopher Lane, by the way, the white kid shot by three black thugs who had nothing better to do than racially profile an unarmed white kid and shoot him down because they heard a rap song on the radio that inspired them.

Anyone on this fucking planet know who Lane is? Everyone knows who Garner is. And Trayyyyvon.

Gersh Kuntzman whines that the family of poor Garner, an obese muthafucka who was resisting arrest and ended up in a choke hold because he wouldn't go quietly, only got $6 million.

In another courtroom, the family would've gotten zilch. A judge would've said, "The cop may have gotten carried away, but he's got a huge man in front of him who could crush him or pull out a gun or knife. The cop was justified."

You never know what happens when you get into a courtroom. I've seen criminals go free. I've seen physically abused people sue and get nothing and walk out with just the scars on their faces.

Yes, Gersh, the bitch is still alive. All that's happened is that about 50 million strangers have seen blurry images of her naked body. Technically, in this mean world, what's so bad about THAT? She's got a pretty good body. We can see more of Viley Virus or Kim Kuntrashian any day. Any guy with half a brain can undress her with his eyes and do better. You think it's a good idea that on eBay in the "adults only" section people sell ANY pictures of women that they stole off the Internet? No signed model release of age and consent?

In some parts of this Kuntry, it's legal for people to take upskirt pix on a stairway, and a bathroom camcorder might only be a misdemeanor, and if a woman is walking around nude in her own home, somebody on public property with a telephoto lens is not breaking the law at all. We should ignore that and concentrate on BLACK LIVES MATTER.

Maybe we shouldn't even bother prosecuting rape cases, since there are so many more cases of violence in the 'hood, and BLACK LIVES MATTER and one extra fuck or two isn't so bad. Hey, the woman's usually not a virgin. Sometimes she's even drunk. Big deal, right?

To even suggest WOMANHOOD MATTERS seems like a joke.

As he usually does, Kuntzman buries his "reasonable" lines amid his MOCKERY headline outrage. He ends up agreeing that Erin Andrews deserves some money. But not a lot. Only death deserves millions. Invasion of privacy is merely "embarrassment." Besides, it happened to "a celebrity." Just not one who makes R-rated movies like Jennifer Lawrence, or others who "deserve" Internet abuse.

Websites where ex-girlfriends are shamed and their nude photos posted with misogynistic comments? Oh, well, BLACK LIVES MATTER everyone, not WOMANHOOD.

Did you know that eBay protects against a Photoshopped image of Dr. King or Obama lynched from a tree? Photoshop them onto a classic slave picture and it comes down instantly as "offensive materials." Show Sarah Michelle Geller literally roasting naked over an open fire, and that's ok. That's a "fantasy image." So is any female star's face Photoshopped into a bukkake image. So is any female star put into bondage or gang bang pictures.

A million? Isn't it true that women usually get NOTHING, and are lucky if the person who ruined their lives is even put away for six months?

How about farcical insurance cases where an ingrown toenail is worth a million bucks, or somebody retires on disability and is seen skiing a week later?

Last but not least, let's see RESPECT for WOMEN. Even for a rich talentless twat like Erin Andrews.
