Now it turns out she may have been underage. Frankly, she did look it. Some girls of 17 or 18 look more like 15, especially if they're gymnasts with itty-bitty-titties and not a lot of butt flesh. Others, well, they're all over mags like "Barely Legal."

My point is...who the FUCK cares? That much?

The hackers are going to, what, get charged an extra $500 fine, or go to jail for an extra 30 days because she CLAIMS she was underage when the photos were taken? We're taking her word for it in a court of law?

When we talk about pedophilia and "kiddie porn" we mean children. We mean those who are not only under the age of consent, but don't even know what the hell they're doing. McKayla obviously consented to the pix she or her boyfriend took, and was old enough to have sex after the pix were taken. Exploiting children is a different matter.

So scaring a few jackasses in their mom's basement with the "pedophilia" rap...is not scaring all that many people, and not going to change things. At best, it means some idiots will stay away from posting pix of teenage gym stars or the Olsen twins or something. And that's nothing. The big picture is to be logical and NOT allow nude pix on any website without consent forms being on file.

Should someone be punished more for stealing and showing the world McKayla's nude body at 17 rather than 18? No.

The real issue is that it's NOT something to do at any age, and checking how close to 18 some idiot is, or if there's a thread up some bimbo's ass is NOT the problem.

The problem is the "everything should be FREE on the Internet" jerks, and hypocrite assholes like Assange and Hans Demented who think they have the right to YOUR privacy. Just because some stupid chick got tricked into giving up her password, or got hacked, doesn't mean YOU or I have the "right" to gawk at her naked pix. And just because some theorist clod thinks "copyright" is copy WRONG or that all your private documents (and pictures) should be "transparent" for everyone to see...doesn't make it right.
