How...old...ARE the litigants? Actually, "Randy California" who actually wrote the iconic opening notes is already dead. He's been a SPIRIT for almost 20 years. It's some greedy lawyer and estate that are filing, and hoping to catch up to Robert Plant and Jimmy Page before they croak, too.
The funny part is trying to get information out of Page, who can't remember anything.
Hell, he can't remember how to sign his name, so he uses a rubber stamp for autographs.
