Due to an odd quirk in local law, Cosby's CONFIDENTIAL and SEALED settlement with a woman in 2005 was UN-SEALED and made public. Cosby revealed that he gave a woman a few Benadryl tablets (which are for allergies, and can make a person very sleepy). He then, perhaps thinking she consented, tried to have sex with her. She was groggy but not enough, and the result was she was able to get a nice chunk of money from him. In the course of the testimony, he also muttered that he had a subscription for Quaaludes, and there was some other woman he gave them to "before having sex."

Technically, neither of these "revelations" points to rape. You'd have to be a fool not to believe that 30 or 40 different complaints would prove that the guy's a weasel. Or that there might not be another 30 or 40 who don't want to come forward and admit to being victims. BUT...it can be said that a) he settled with a woman because it was easier than dragging it through the public court system, and b) both cases could be "misunderstandings." In the second example, Cosby might simply have been giving drugs to a consenting woman who wanted to relax before sex. Who knows.

This doesn't prove Cosby raped Janice.

If the guy wants to deny that he even had sex with her, how's she going to prove otherwise?

Hmmm, wouldn't her reputation as a bimbo-bitch with Mick Jagger and Bob Barker tend to tell the world SHE is an unreliable cunt? A money-hungry media whore?

Few (I think only Whoopi Goldberg) still believe Cos is completely innocent, or at least, should be treated as "innocent until proven guilty, but THIS kind of stuff is utter shit. It's turned what is already a circus into Fellini's Satyricon.
