93 year-old Auschwitz swine. "Morally guilty but..." Not denying it happened

What will the crazed anti-Semites who deny the Holocaust make of this one?

Here's yet another Nazi who admits Jews were singled out and murdered.

I guess they'll just goose-step toward Column B ("It happened but it wasn't six million").

The important thing is to minimize what happened, while continuing the scapegoating and the persecution of innocent people.

The newspapers, of course, subtly take sides, too. What a ridiculous headline. A Nazi has a different view of what happened, compared to the victims? Gee. What a surprise.

This guy shrugs and says the murders were conducted in a calm and orderly fashion.

The victims, literally running for their lives, not knowing who would be killed next, called it madness and chaos.

Sort of the mice having one emotion, and the calm cat having another, huh?

The important thing is there's more testimony. Testimony of what? Of the capacity for cruelty inherent in "inhumanity." Yes, we see it in ISIS and Procol Harum and HAMAS today, and in the random acts of rednecks and niggas and blue collar bastards and white collar weasels who kill and kill again. But it's important to point out that this struggle with how power corrupts and abuses goes back generations, and centuries, and thousands of years.

The disgusting behavior of ISIS is just Nazi Germany and the Spanish Inquisition and the rest of it. Every single murderer had a good excuse. This guy was just being a good German, he thought. Was there such a thing as being a conscientious objector? Could he have really gathered together dozens of soldiers to protest the gas chambers? We don't see many Muslims getting together to drive out ISIS from their cities, or even writing a blog saying, "Gee, this isn't right. It's against my fine, fine religion."

And so, regardless of whether this geezer is confined for his last years, or given a pass for just being a dirty cog in the wheel, we have another reminder that man is basically cruel and those who have the power to do something about others who don't have the same color, or religion, or sexual orientation, are going to suffer.
