Dirty Smelly Knickers on EBAY - Deal or No Deal?

Rather than play video games, why not wander around EBAY and report some blatant items and see what happens?

The game is DEAL OR NO DEAL.

Is it a deal, and the auction is considered legal?

Or NO DEAL because a bleary-eyed EBAY clown in Utah actually noticed a violation?

Lets play a few rounds.

ROUND ONE: FETISH PANTIES!

NO DEAL. AUCTION ENDED.

The auction was just too fucking blatant, right?

Now this one:

NO DEAL. AUCTION ENDED.

But let's remember, these two auctions would have been COMPLETED if they hadn't been REPORTED.

Ebay is "Just a Venue" so unless somebody is outraged, or just curious as to what's legal or not and files out of curiosity, the auction will SELL.

How about this:

Hmm, a woman is blatantly posing in her pantyhose advertising a stinking crotch.

DEAL! AUCTION STAYS!

Why? Because "pantyhose" is not considered "underwear" on eBay.

Yes, women wear "pantyhose" under their skirts or pants, and yes, it can absorb a powerful amount of vaginal stink. BUT...this is a perfectly legal auction.

NEXT?

Hmmm. This creature (look at those gnarly toes) is talking about "stains" and "contact me with questions" and how her panties have "gone the distance, worn so many times they've got holes..."

DEAL! AUCTION STAYS!

The auction header says "NEW WITHOUT TAGS."

As far as eBay is concerned, if it SAYS "new" then, golly, it MUST be new. READ NO MORE! Not even "WELL WORN" also in the title.

With several hours to go, and the auction still not stopped, someone actually CALLED eBay on this. As in, "Why is this auction running?"

The eBay employee chuckled and said, "Is that a boy or a girl?"

It was agreed that this was a totally ILLEGAL ad. BUT...the "monkey with a script" who listens to complaints, and thanks members for calling has NO power to remove an auction.

All the person can do is forward it on to some other bored and ineffectual idiot.

PS, if you are NOT a member of eBay your call is NOT accepted. FUCK YOU. You must be a MEMBER to call in, and "your call may be monitored or recorded." So when you call, you better be polite or YOU could get suspended, not the pervert, boolegger or psychopath running an illegal auction.

How much was the winning bid?

Aw, just $12.

Only two bidders. One of them came in at the last minute to "SNIPER" this lovely auction. Mmmm.

The cunt who put this auction up bought the knickers for what, $3 or $5. Wore them for a while, and made $3 (considering the time involved in writing the auction, mailing the auction, and watching PAYPAL and EBAY take out their fees).

Clearly she has nothing better to do in BREWSTER, NEW YORK, which is a shitty small town upstate.

However, every auction this creature runs gets her a "customer" who might pay more privately for phone sex, custom-stained panties, or even a blow job. EBAY is not too far from Craig's List or Ashley Madison in being a perv's paradise.
