What's THIS? Gosh, if it's on EBAY it must be LEGAL, right?

This seller owns copyright? (COPY WRONG). This seller gives a royalty to the author or publisher? (NO.)

So WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?

Ha ha.

Selling "digitally delivered" goods is against EBAY policy. But if you put them on a "cute" CD-R, it's OK.

An irony here is that the parasites and maggots of EBAY are chomping into the money that AMAZON wants to make.

Not only does AMAZON own Kindle and exclusively sell the downloads, AMAZON even owns the Mrs. Bradley series.

"Thomas and Mercer" is just one of the many ALIASES that AMAZON uses. They have a variety of them. One download company is for amateurs who are offering their garbage. Another is for rights AMAZON acquired. And on and on. The old bat who wrote these mysteries is probably dead, but "Thomas and Mercer" collects the royalties. Which is better than an eBay swine.

PS, another old bat this seller is bootlegging, the late Ms. Allingham, is ALSO now making money for AMAZON via one of their other subsidiaries:

What's the deal? Is AMAZON so rich they don't bother or care what EBAY sellers are doing with their KINDLE books?

Call up AMAZON and, you guessed it, you get a stupid "monkey with a script" who is barely awake, has no clue on what you're talking about, and is programmed to simply say "I will pass along the information, thank you for your time."

And maybe you'll get a confirmation e-mail.

Didn't we see what happened to the music world when the RIAA and the others ignored the blogs?

It's simply inexcusable to NOT enforce copyright, and to allow dummies and Millennials and craven parasites to prosper. Just on principle that's WRONG. But who the fuck cares about principle? Whatever happened to class?

An irony here is that EMPORNIUM was just shut down. Even PORNOGRAPHERS who are supposedly rich and have no morals, finally were able to get to a notorious torrent site and shut it down. Or maybe PORNOGRAPHERS are so tied to organized crime that they could simply find out who owns the torrent and say "stop or you die."

EBAY supposedly has rules against "recordable media," but, ha ha ho ho hee hee, they say "we're just a venue. We can't be sure if a seller is breaking rules unless a copyright owner tells us." They sure as hell aren't going to ask a seller to state, "under penalty of perjury," that he owns the rights and can produce documentation.

As always, the burden is on the innocent copyright owner, NOT on the parasitic thief.

And AMAZON, who owns KINDLE and technically could VeRO stop every fucking auction that mentions their name, just sits back and yawns.
