Why, you re-up! Of course.
Here's an obliging bastard who is ENTITLED to make $3 per PDF. Buy the book and you get an e-mail with the PDF files. Why should Harper Lee get money? She's an old bag. Why should her book company get money? They'll only waste it on encouraging new authors and paying them royalties. Better to give that money to some scab in Maryland who wants free potato crisps and a Coke and a nice big bucket of Kentucky Fried Chicken.
"Ha Ha Ho Ho Hee Hee. It's easy money for ME! I sell $3 PDFs that would cost double or triple that on Amazon, and I pocket the money! I run these FOUR identical download auctions, get $12, and I have a fine, fine lunch AND dinner! Why not? I AM ENTITLED. Best of all, I'm doing a SERVICE. I'll instantly send the PDFs. No waiting!"
If you take the time to call up EBAY and get one of their brain-damaged "monkey with a script" idiots, you'll be put on hold for ten minutes. Then you'll get, "Oh, yes, you're right, this IS an illegal auction. We will take action between 24 and 78 hours."
Will the seller be suspended? Of course not. Sellers get an almost unlimited number of second chances. After all, EBAY is a big company and can set the rules. The biggest book publisher in the world is NOTHING compared to EBAY and has NO power at all. How dare you even think to ask, "Would you suspend this parasite who keeps targeting my company and stealing from it?"
Will the seller have to give BACK the money? Have PAYPAL send all earnings back to Harper & Row? HA HA HO HO HEE HEE. NO! NO! NO!
