RULA the Professional Palestinian

HBO's "Real Time with Bill Maher" is one of the few shows on TV worth watching. It's also become more and more "politically incorrect" (to name Bill's earlier show, which got bounced by ABC for being TOO politically incorrect).

Bill has come under scrutiny mostly for a) being an atheist and mocking religion and b) talking about a particular religion that is, unlike Christianity or Judaism, marked by insane and murderous theology.

Which brings me to THIS creature.

Who the fuck is Rula Jebreal?

She's a professional Palestinian. Talk shows are full of these hucksters. They write a book, they make a fuss in the news for something or other, they start a blog or run a column...and they get to run their mouths on talk shows. They also get to make BIG bucks from giving lectures. Colleges LOVE to throw money at these clowns. All you have to do is be a woman, black, an Arab, a Latino chick, or some other "trendy" ethnic type, and you're in.

Why was she on Bill's show? Obviously, because she provided counterpoint to the others on the panel. You always want a conservative, a Republican, an ethnic of some kind...just to show how LIBERAL you are. Well, Rula went bonkers when Maher discussed his latest controversy. Some at a college, don't want him to give a speech. They're upset because he's "racist" against Muslims.

Bill pointed out that he's had many Muslim guests on his show, and they in turn were quick to point out that while Maher is against religion in general, he's always factual. There's no question WHAT RELIGION IS CAUSING THE MOST TROUBLE RIGHT NOW. Right?

Rula decided to prattle and babble in an annoying Arab accent, about how "offended" she is by his remarks. She had the nerve to whine that an anti-semite would never be invited to give a speech on a campus...so why should HE, an anti-Muslim? Well, first off, LOTS of anti-semites give speeches at colleges. Colleges seem to bend over backwards to have "controversial" people (mostly black and Arab) slamming Israel or Jews, or both.

Maher, again and again, caught her on various points. Like: what religion is involved with beheading? And: if you were in Gaza, and declared yourself homosexual, would you be stoned to death or NOT?

Rula couldn't squirm out of those questions, but she did huff and puff that "the majority of Muslims" are wonderful people, and they are being stereotyped by a "small but powerful minority."

What an excuse. The Palestinians, for example, are peaceful? They just happen to host a "small minority" of Hamas lunatics who fire missiles at Israel? Syria is a peaceful country? They just happen to allow ISIS to control portions of it?

This is where the Muslim apologists trip up. If Muslims really are "peaceful" then their leaders should be out there giving speeches and saying so. Their leaders should be condemning ISIS and HAMAS. They don't. This shit about the "silent majority" was laughable when Nixon said it about conservatives in America.

If the vast "majority" doesn't like something...they have the power to do something. The fact is that the "vast majority" in Germany were fine with killing Jews. The "vast majority" elected bastards like Nixon and Bush. The "vast majority" in Gaza have not fought to overthrow Hamas, and let's face it, if even the cowardly French could have a resistance movement, why the fuck don't the Muslims?

The answer could be that most Muslims secretly like the idea of being in control of the planet? Certainly this Rula Jebreal character LOVES being the fashionable, attractive face of Palestine in America...and she wouldn't be gaining money or fame if ISIS and HAMAS were under control.

I'm not saying this woman isn't fuckable, but when I say FUCK YOU, Rula Jebreal, I don't mean I want to. And if you think that's anti-female or anti-Palestinian, well, FUCK YOU again.
