After destroying Barnes & Noble stores by selling books cheaper on line, and destroying their NOOK sales by selling under-priced KINDLE, Bozo Bezos has pulled the ultimate NAZI trick.
He plows the store under to take their place.
He didn't want to JUST be an online retailer. No, stores DO serve a purpose. IF he owns them and can dictate price and everything else. He is opening an AMAZON store tomorrow, another victory for the great dictator, scummy Jeff Bezos, one of the worst bastards on the planet.
An old friend of mine (VERY old, and now deceased) mentioned how his family business was taken over by the Nazis in the early 40's.
They came to his father and said, "Sign this. You are selling us your store." The price? Whatever the German version of a penny is.
The family had no choice. A while later, they were all carted off to the concentration camps. Most of them died there.
Jeff Bezos seems to have studied Hitler's techniques. Take over. Promise people a great bargain, destroy the competition, and then when everybody's aboard, raise the prices and become a monopoly.
He starts in Seattle, which is full of Millennials going to college, and hippie-dippie assholes who think Amazon is so lovely for opening up a bookstore that might serve coffee and be a place to relax, like Starbuck's. Except that's what Barnes & Noble was, till Bezos destroyed it.
Meanwhile GOOGLE has announced THEY are going to use drones, just like Amazon. So there you are, a lovely choice in the future: AMAZON or GOOGLE. And nothing else.
