A New Yorker Explains Muslims were the Charlie Hebro killers

Amazing the knee-jerk responses and apologies around the globe.

Various Muslims have gone on Twitter (what else) to indignantly tell us that what happened has NO relation to the REAL Islam. They are shocked, SHOCKED by the lunatic fringe. To their credit, at least they're denouncing it, if only to declare, "you say Muslims don't speak up against terrorism, but we do."

Very, very nice, Muzzies, with your fine, fine religion:

Like some creme to a scratch, it was momentarily comforting to read a few Tweeties that were softly peeping about love and understanding, and how this fine, fine religion has been embarrassed by, oh, a dozen people brutally shot dead by cowardly bullies.

I mean, what could be more profound than a hashtag #notinmyname and a handful of "true" Muslims speaking out in under a 150 words:

Meanwhile, last night (Wednesday night) on Jimmy Kimmel's show, guest Bill Maher simply reiterated the truth, which is that the only religious group that engages in radical murder and terror is ISLAM.

Are we going to soften this up with a pulpy line about, "well, there are more Muslims on the planet, so proportionately, there's more of them to go nuts"??

To nobody's surprise, several have blamed everything on...the JEWS. Those fucking Jews. That awful awful Israel. If they'd just get off the planet, everything would be fine.

George Packer in The New Yorker yesterday, started off with strong truths.

The problem with an essay like this, is do you want to get yourself killed? Do you want The New Yorker office to get firebombed? And so eventually he begins to stutter and stumble, and ends up with the familiar plaint that we should all just try and get along, and get a dialogue going. Anyone think a few disenfranchised Muslim brothers (your choice, the ones that blow up the Boston marathon or the ones that destroyed the Charlie Hebro office)would listen to reason?

We see this with others, besides Muslims. How about the blacks who go raving in the street all the time, and bully operagoers and brunch-eaters? Their view, like the MUSLIMS, is "we want everything OUR way, and any time it doesn't go OUR way, we'll go bonkers."

Only the black riots aren't nearly as bad or as organized as the MUSLIM terror attacks, and it's been a long time since the Black Panthers, and those guys didn't usually tell others, "Any time you see Whitey, kill him. This should be an all-Black planet."

So the New Yorker finishes up what is essentially, if now cautiously, the truth. The truth is that Islam is a NUTJOB religion (to put it mildly) and even worse than Judaism and Christianity (which, all Spanish Inquisitions aside, have never been THIS bad).
